Early Morning Risers
Early Morning Risers is our dedicated small group class designed for individuals who want to kickstart their day with an invigorating workout. Classes are held from 5 AM to 10 AM, each lasting one hour. This schedule allows you to fit your training in before heading to work or to simply seize the day ahead.
Every Friday, we elevate the routine with Fun Friday, where you can enjoy a special twist to your workout while still pushing your limits. Join us to boost your energy and enhance your performance, setting a positive tone for the rest of your day. Personal Training
Personal training for our adult sector is available from 10 AM to 4 PM.
