Small Group Training: This service allows athletes to benefit from a focused training environment while enjoying the support and motivation of their peers. With personalized attention from our skilled coaches, each athlete can refine their skills and improve their performance in a collaborative setting.
Personal Training: Tailored specifically to individual needs, our personal training sessions offer one-on-one coaching that focuses on the athlete's unique goals. This service includes customized workouts, technique refinement, and ongoing assessments to ensure optimal progress.
Team Training: Designed for sports teams, this program emphasizes teamwork, communication, and collective skill development. Our expert coaches implement strategies to enhance team dynamics and performance, fostering synergy among athletes.
Return from Injury: This specialized program focuses on helping athletes safely and effectively return to their sport after an injury. Our coaches work closely with each athlete to create a rehabilitation plan that ensures a strong comeback without compromising safety.
Learn to Train Small Group: This introductory program is ideal for athletes looking to develop fundamental skills and understand effective training techniques. In a supportive small group environment, participants gain essential knowledge that lays the groundwork for future athletic success.

Small Group Training
Athletic small groups are scheduled from 4 PM to 8 PM Monday-Friday, and Saturdays from 8am-12pm. With each class lasting one hour. During these sessions, our knowledgeable staff will incorporate a balanced mix of plyometrics, speed and agility drills, and strength training exercises. We maintain a 1:6 coach to athlete ratio, ensuring personalized attention and effective training for every participant. Join us to elevate your performance in a supportive group environment.
Personal Training
Athlete personal training sessions are scheduled from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday-Friday. Our dedicated staff focuses on crafting a detailed plan tailored to each athlete's specific goals and the demands of their sport. Through individualized assessments and targeted training methods, we ensure that each session is designed to enhance performance, increase strength, and improve overall athleticism. With a commitment to helping athletes achieve their potential, we provide the necessary guidance and support for success.
Return From Injury
At Narrow Path Athletics™, we understand that coming back from an injury can be a challenging journey for any athlete. Our dedicated staff is well-trained in following all necessary protocols to ensure a safe and effective return to your sport. Once you have been cleared by your physician, we provide a tailored program focused on rehabilitation, strength building, and gradual reintegration into your training. Our experienced team will work closely with you, monitoring your progress and making adjustments as needed. We are committed to helping you regain your athletic potential while prioritizing your health and safety.
We also have a physical therapist at the facility who can assist you with your rehabilitation needs. Our expert staff is dedicated to ensuring you recover effectively, allowing you to return to your training with strength and confidence. Whether you're dealing with an injury or looking to enhance your overall mobility and functionality, our physical therapist can provide personalized guidance and support tailored to your specific situation. Your health and athletic performance are our top priorities.
Team Training
Team training is scheduled from 8 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday. Our experienced staff designs a tailored program for your team, focusing on optimizing each player's athletic potential. Through dedicated training sessions, we enhance skills, strength, speed, and overall performance, ensuring that every athlete progresses and collaborates effectively. Join us for focused training that elevates both individual and team capabilities.
Learn to Train (Ages 10-13)
"Learn to Train: Foundations of Athletic Development" is designed for athletes seeking a strong base in athletic skills. This program teaches essential techniques to enhance performance in any sport. Our groups meet every Wednesday & Friday @5pm.
