This is where we step in. Teaching them the basics of plyometrics, sprinting, agility, strength training, and so much more! In turn to have them have a successful athletic career and play at the highest level!

The Next Steps

The next steps would be to schedule a free class for your child. This is where we will go over their height, weight, injury history, doctor protocol, medications, goals, areas of improvement, and testing.

We will test their balance, landing mechanics, vertical, speed, and strength! We look forward to helping your child unlock their true athletic potential!
